Today is National First-Generation Celebration Day. Meet first-generation student Agnes Armstrong, senior biology and health studies major: Agnes grew up in New Jersey with her mother and siblings, but she is originally from Ghana. The family moved to the U.S.

A new addition to the Science and Technology Center is coming soon! The $7 million expansion is expected to begin this fall. The project includes modern labs for cybersecurity, anatomy and physiology, new classrooms, state-of-the-art equipment and a new greenhouse.
