How first-generation student Nickolas Witkowski found his #HomeAtRider: 鈥淚 chose Rider because I am very passionate about radio and broadcasting. I started doing radio my freshman year of high school, and I knew that鈥檚 what I wanted to do as a career from the get-go. When I came to a Rider open house, I immediately fell in love with the student-run radio station, 107.7 The Bronc. Being the first in my family to go to college, I knew that it was going to be a tough adjustment.

How Naa'san Carr found his #HomeAtRider : "During a time in our nation where things were unsettled in 2020, I chose Rider because they were committed to my future and I saw an opportunity to leave a legacy through leadership, diversity and academics. Choosing a favorite memory is very difficult; however, a memory that I hold close is running for Student Government Association (SGA) president and being elected. While there were a few struggles along the way, having the full support of Rider's identity-based clubs and organizations, as well as some faculty and staff, made it worth the fight.
