A beloved Catholic chaplain who served at Rider from 1997 to 2008, Ugliano was known to all as a kind and generous man. Dean of Students Anthony Campbell said Ugliano 鈥渨ould move heaven and earth to assist students and other members of their community in their time of need.鈥
Campbell also called Ugliano an 鈥渦ncommon priest鈥 with a knack for meeting students where they were and bringing the Gospels to life by making them relevant to today鈥檚 world.
