The Management and Leadership Certificate program prepares students to take charge in the workplace and be well-informed leaders. It is open to undergraduate students in any major as well as working professionals. Current Rider business students may count the certificate courses as part of their degree requirements. The program covers leadership and management theories and concepts while also giving students the opportunity to apply concepts learned through group exercises, role plays, self-reflection essays, case studies and more.
Management and leadership skills are highly sought after by employers in all industries. Students who complete this program will have an advantage in their job search.

Rider's 12-credit certificate consists of four required courses (MGT 201, MGT 320, MGT 355, and MGT 363). MGT 201 may be waived for students who have completed the course (or similar) or have relevant work experience.
