The talent and organizational development program prepares graduates to be strategic leaders and successful change agents who are able to work effectively with and through others. This 100% online program offers insight into human and organizational relationships, creates the capacity for sound analytical judgment and the ability to see the "big picture" as it relates to an organization and its environment.
Students may choose to pursue a standalone Talent and Organizational Development Certificate or may earn their M.A. in organizational leadership with a concentration in talent and organizational development.
Students can earn a master's degree or graduate certificate. Coursework aims to help students to understand broad organizational concepts, while building conceptual understanding and exploring connections to applied settings.
Coursework focuses on applied action grounded in theory, and embraces principles applicable to administrative issues in the private, public and nonprofit sectors.
