Rider students joined more than 10,000 of their peers as they converged on Washington, D.C., in April for Power Shift 2011, hoping to lay the groundwork for a systemic change in the world’s energy consumption.

Seniors from Rider’s Lawrenceville and Princeton campuses combined to raise $11,800 this year.

The award is bestowed upon a member of the Rider staff, faculty or administration who best exemplifies the ideas of institutional leadership, school pride and community service.

СÓÅÊÓƵ introduced its newest graduating class at its 146th Commencement exercises from May 12 to 14 on its Lawrenceville campus and at the Princeton University Chapel. In all, 1,627 degrees were conferred over three days, marking the largest-ever graduating class from the University.

СÓÅÊÓƵ will host Shakesperience: NJ where high-school students from across the state will relive the world of Shakespeare.
