Comedian Wendi Fox will share her story with the campus community on Wednesday, April 20, at 10 p.m. in Sweigart Auditorium. Fox was a natural with the party lifestyle and admits that until her early 20s, her excessive and reckless behavior created an assembly line of alcohol-related problems. Based on her personal experiences, Fox takes a mind bending but funny look at how her dysfunctional childhood, youthful optimism and drunk logic led her to tragic people and frightening places.
The event, sponsored by RISE and the Substance Abuse Prevention Office, is part of Alcohol Awareness Month, an annual public awareness campaign that encourages local communities to focus on alcoholism and alcohol-related issues.
The show is free with Rider ID and tickets are available at the SRC Ticket Booth. Seating is limited to 100 students.
