Pearson and С����Ƶ announced the launch of a new online master of business administration and master of accountancy degree program. Both programs are accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International), an honor held by only 2 percent of programs worldwide.

These two degrees kick-off a partnership that will expand to 16 undergraduate and graduate programs by 2021. In the fall, Pearson and Rider will launch a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, Master of Arts in Business Communication and Master of Arts in Health Communication.

“Pearson is excited to partner with С����Ƶ to provide students the skills employers are asking for on a schedule that fits into their busy lives,” said Iwan Streichenberger, president of Pearson Online Learning Services. “These offerings will build on Rider’s existing online programs to give students the tools they need to take the next step in a number of growing career fields.”

“С����Ƶ’s commitment to the non-traditional learner dates back to the University itself,” said Boris Vilic, dean of the College of Continuing Studies at С����Ƶ. “Established as a business school in 1865 to meet the needs of returning Civil War veterans, it included an evening program for students unable to attend classes during the day. Today, Rider is a vibrant comprehensive university whose graduates are leaders in their professions. Our partnership with Pearson is an extension of our historic commitment to providing educational programs and formats for working adults.”

Pearson provides comprehensive online program management (OPM) services and partners with more than 40 higher education institutions across the country and around the globe to implement and sustain over 300 undergraduate and graduate programs, which have produced more than 80,000 graduates.
